Elliott Becher

Over the past 20 years or so, Bryan Mermans has designed many large complex commercial projects, to smaller finely detailed homes. With his wide breadth of experiences, both personal and professional, Bryan brings a unique perspective to the table. His background starts with formative roots in the rural Netherlands, which influences his work, often in subtle ways.

At a young age, he was transplanted to the south. Although Bryan respects and gives a nod to the more traditional southern vernacular charm, he tends to blend outside influences into his designs, many learned from extensive travels. However, his most important influence is always the client. Bryan explains, "Every project is a unique extension of our client." "While we simply enjoy the creation of new beautiful things, the personality that the client adds to the mix makes the process meaningful and gives the final design a soul."

While we have a tight network of design partners for each project and have had talented young design professionals work in our office in the recent past, Elliott Becher has been a mainstay here for most of the years. He contributes significantly to the success of each project. Other architects/designers that have been or still are part of our team or partnered with us, include Taylor Jarrel, Mason Linkous, Jack Ossa, John Stefanik, Mike Adams, et al. Many interior designers, engineers, and general contractors are considered part of our team as well.
